About Project:

We built a corporate product website for Think Data Backup to clearly communicate a secure, enterprise-grade backup and disaster recovery platform. The project required translating deeply technical product capabilities (encryption, RTO/RPO guarantees, cloud & on-prem connectors, compliance certifications) into clear customer-facing content while enabling lead generation for trials, demos, and enterprise conversations. The site needed to support product pages, integration documentation, case studies, and resources — all while projecting security, reliability, and modern SaaS UX.

  • Designed a trust-first information architecture that separates marketing pages (features, pricing, benefits) from technical resources (integrations, docs, compliance).
  • Converted technical specs into customer-friendly product pages and one-page feature summaries for quick scanning by decision-makers.
  • Developed an integrations hub detailing connectors (cloud providers, RDBMS, file systems) with easy-to-follow guides and troubleshooting links.
  • Implemented lead-gen funnels: trial signup, demo request flows, downloadable resources gated via CRM forms, and targeted CTA placement for different personas.
  • Optimised performance and security: CDN, image & asset optimisation, SSL/TLS hardening, and caching strategies to ensure fast, secure access to docs and downloads.
  • Added analytics and event tracking to measure trial signups, demo requests, resource downloads, and user journeys — enabling iterative improvements.
