Think Technology Services conceptualised, designed, and developed a deeply customised Shopify eCommerce platform for shop.Fluencepharma.in, built to support the direct-to-consumer sale of specialised bone health, joint care, and fertility kits. The project extended far beyond a traditional Shopify store, requiring advanced business logic, custom integrations, and multiple user journeys tailored for both consumers and medical professionals. The goal was to create a scalable, compliant, and intelligent commerce ecosystem that could support complex healthcare workflows while delivering a frictionless buying experience.

  • Expanding scope, frequent refinements, and third-party app integrations increased technical complexity.

Think Technology Services engineered a robust, custom Shopify ecosystem that unified advanced functionality with intuitive UX. The team developed custom discount logic, structured affiliate workflows, and a guided quiz experience that intelligently mapped user responses to appropriate product recommendations. Significant effort was invested in evaluating, testing, and integrating Shopify apps to ensure seamless data flow and system stability.

The platform was further enhanced with WhatsApp API integration, enabling automated order confirmations, COD verification, reminder notifications, and post-purchase communication—all aligned with customer behaviour and lifecycle stages.
